Die Casting
Small and Medium Batch Selection
Global Delivery

Die Casting Service
XZH TECH provides a full range of die-casting services. We have many years of experience in producing high-quality die-cast metal parts for global customers.
These include mold making, die casting, precision machining, polishing and post-treatment processes.
Our advanced inspection and testing equipment can ensure the quality of your raw materials and finished products. If you have questions about the design of die-casting products, please see more information about the die-casting design guidelines.

What is Die Casting?
Die casting is very suitable for manufacturing large quantities of aluminum, zinc or magnesium metal parts. Similar to injection molding, die casting is a special type of casting.
By pouring molten or semi-molten metal into the pressure chamber of the die-casting machine, under the action of high pressure, the molten metal is filled into the cavity of the die-casting mold at high speed, and the molten or semi-molten metal is cooled and solidified under high pressure to obtain the high efficiency of precision casting method.
Advantages of Die Casting
● Metal raw materials include aluminum, zinc and magnesium ● Reduce unit cost ● Complex size of metal parts can be produced ● Good surface finish and surface treatment range ● Apply to larger and more complex parts
● The mold can manufacture thousands of parts
Die Casting Process
The success of the die-casting project depends on the quality of the mold. We have a team with more than 20 years of die-casting manufacturing experience. Also has imported die-casting equipment ranging from 250 tons to 2000 tons, and vertical/horizontal CNC machining centers ranging from 550mm to 1270mm.
We will strictly follow the below procedures:
● Perform a complete manufacturing design review of your CAD files ● Choose appropriate raw materials ● Use multi-axis imported CNC machine to manufacture cores and cavities ● Process control during casting production ● Provide finishing and post processing for drawing accuracy requirements

Gravity Casting
If you have oversized parts (for example, more than 1 meter), we can choose gravity casting for you. Compared with die-casting mold, this will save most of the mold cost. Finishing and post-processing are the same as die casting. If you are not ready to design, please contact us, our designers are happy to assist you with part design suggestions, material selection, etc.
