Rapid Tooling
At XZH TECH, we use soft steel materials (such as P20) to make rapid molds, the cost is low and the processing speed is fast, which can save 15% to 30% of the cost compared to the general hard mold steel.
We have developed a series of quick mold change systems which only need to make the core and cavity. In additional, the mold manufacturing can be completed within 7 to 14 days and it is 35% to 60% cheaper than standard molds. When you see "China Standard" written on the mold standard of our quotation sheet, please don't worry. We use steel and parts equivalent to international standards or grades. There is already a very mature mold manufacturing system and experience in china. Combined with our advanced processing equipment and strong engineer team, we are able to deliver very fast and guarantee high quality parts.
